I had a great stay for 6 nights. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was clean, spacious, and equipped with all necessary amenities. Breakfast featured a variety of options, including live cooking. The location was perfect, with a mall nearby. 😊

From the awesome breakfast omelettes to the local eateries nearby like Coara Vegan Cuisine that’s just a stroll away, my taste buds were definitely partying. Plus, the staff were super courteous, making the stay all the more delightful. You gotta love the shopping mall right next door too!

Finding the executive lounge can feel like a scavenger hunt. the signage is misleading, and it’s not even in the hotel proper. On multiple occasions, the lounge was closed despite assurances it would be open—frustrating when you're counting on it. Access issues with room keys and a lack of attendants can turn what should be a relaxing experience into a bit of a hassle.

The location is perfect, just steps away from the beach and a mall. The snack bar was a hit with my kids. Only thing was the AC in our room acted up once, but they fixed it right away.
